All of our products are locally made in the Philippines. We also source our ingredients from local farmers in our community. We take our research and development process very seriously, as we have our pets (and humans, but we’ll get to that later) best interest in mind.
That being said, we pioneered the creation of pet care products made out of 100% plant aqueous extract. Since we have different lines, we use different plant extracts for each of them. Our Neem line is made of 100% neem extract and our Indulge line uses ingredients such as jicama extract and Abyssinian oil which address specific concerns.

Okay, let us give you all the details about our favorite ingredient, Neem! The Neem tree (or Azadirachta Indica) is a tropical plant found in India and in Southeast Asian Countries, and yes, Philippines is included! In India, it is widely known as the “village pharmacy” as its seeds, bark, and leaves contain compounds with proven antiseptic, antiviral, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal uses. Phew, that was a lot of “anti’s!”

Not only is it safe for your pet’s fur, but be rest assured that if your dog or cat accidentally licks some of the product off of him or herself, the small amount ingested will do no harm to your fur baby. For orders within Metro Manila, we use Grab Express for same day or next day delivery, depending on the time the order was received and processed. We charge a flat rate of P200 for this.
For Makati orders, you may choose to pick-up your order in our head office: 170 Salcedo, Legazpi Village, Makati. We also offer free delivery in Makati during weekends.
For orders outside of Metro Manila, within Luzon, we use GrabxNinja Van or J&T. We charge a flat rate of P300.
For VizMin orders, we recommend shopping through our Shopee or Lazada pages.
We send a shipment notification to you with the tracking link and number once your order has been shipped out. Please allow at least one (1) day for the tracking number to process.

If opened: Unfortunately we don’t accept returns or exchanges for opened products. We are very strict about keeping products safe and sanitized under FDA and BAI guidelines.
If unopened: Definitely! Just drop it off in our office for checking (or send it via courier, delivery fee via buyer) and once we have it, we will send a full refund.
Oh no! Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and photo or video proof of that we accidentally missed a product. We will also cross-check our files, as we always take photos of the products we pack before we turn them over to the courier. After checking, we can send the replacement or missed product to you at no extra costs.
We protect the products by adding extra tape on the caps to prevent leaking and by wrapping them in layers of bubble wrap. We also tell the driver who picks up the items (with picture proof of quality of item upon turnover) that items are fragile. All packed items have a fragile sticker as well.
However, we can't control how couriers handle the items. Should any damage incur, message us at email@example.com with a photo of the damage and we are more than happy to discuss how we can resolve this that is convenient to you.
